HO CHI MINH CITY, VIETNAM (HOE-chee-men) – โA man scatters seed on the ground; he sleeps and rises–night and day, and the seed sprouts and grows–he doesn’t know how. The soil produces a crop by itselfโ (Mark 4:26-28). Thank God for the seed that has been planted in recent weeks by the Red*, Card* and Purple* teams! Praise God that He has brought the growth even beyond our understanding! Pray especially for the tender sprouts of new believers who, even now, are being discipled and are learning about what it means to have a new life in Jesus Christ. Pray for them as they share their new faith with family and friends, asking that even more seeds will be planted and fruit will result. Pray also for the continued follow-up from the push that the Red, Card and Purple teams have made, as there are still many seeds that have not yet sprouted, people who have heard the Gospel but have not yet made a commitment to faith in Christ alone. Pray for more opportunities to meet with these people and give them further explanation of the Gospel and encouragement to repent from sin and enter into God’s family. Pray for an abundant harvest that will bring glory to God and multiply His kingdom in this city. (*pseudonyms)
