Thank you for praying last fall for Van,* who had been invited to attend a Christmas gathering with other workers at his factory. God answered your prayers, and Van did attend and heard the gospel. He has placed his faith in Jesus Christ for salvation and now attends a regular discipleship study with four others! Pray that Van and his friends will continue to grow in their faith. Pray that each time they meet for discipleship, they will commit to put into practice what they are learning and, in turn, disciple and train others with what they are learning. Ask that this small group of believers will be faithful to share the gospel with others in their factory zone and that a new, multiplying church will come together. Ask that Van will “catch a vision” to spread the gospel not just in his own factory, but also with workers from many other factories around where he works. Pray that these factory workers will take the gospel back to their hometowns throughout the country. (*name changed)
