Flowers and fruit serve as an offering to this idol at a temple in a small neighborhood within the city. Carrying a load of culture and tradition, according to the most recent census, less than 1% of Vietnamese have a personal relationship with God. There are more small temples like this one in a city of 10 million than there are evangelical churches. Pray for groups to gather wanting to know about what Jesus offers; pray for churches to be started and a new history and culture of following the Most High God to begin.
