“God often reinforces our faith after we trust Him, not before.” (Ravi Zacharias) There’s a sense that only when we obey what God shows us will we find out what He is planning to do through us. You will never know what God is doing unless you obey. “Anyone who chooses to do the will of God will find out whether my [Jesus] teaching comes from God or whether I speak on my own.” John 7:17 Pray for Vietnamese to step out and obey what the Holy Spirit is urging.
