   This is a large temple and has one of the larger Buddha idols of the temples we have visited. They have a large bell at this temple and people will pay to have their prayers written on a piece of paper and placed inside the bell. According to their beliefs, whenever the bell is rung the prayer is ‘prayed’ again.

   We spoke with a lady who had come here to pray for her uncle who had died. He had just died recently and they had cremated him. She said she was praying him into heaven.

   There were a number of monks that live at this temple and alot of activity here.

   I prayed that the monks would have opportunities to hear about Jesus and believe. I prayed that their hearts would be softened so that they would really listen when hearing the Gospel. I prayed that God would intervene and send someone to tell them about His salvation.

   This is a very clean temple. On the surface it is bright and open but I felt just a weighty darkness. Seriously my stomach started to hurt as soon as we arrived – I could feel the spiritual oppression. I prayed that the people who come here would have the Bible presented to them, that they would understand who God is and fear Him.
