There are four monks who live at this neighborhood Buddhist temple. On the day we visited there was a man there with his young daughter. He said that they came to pray and worship Buddha for blessings. So many things in this temple seemed to be covered with some type of gold paint or veneer.
It was such a blessing to us that the young girl wanted to sit with us as we prayed and read Scripture. We were able to sing Jesus Loves Me and other songs about Jesus to her. Please pray as we prayed that the people that come to this temple would know their need for a Savior. Please pray for the young girl that heard about Jesus for the first time. Pray that she would learn more about Him and follow Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior even from a young age.
