Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum Ho Chi Minh was a revolutionary leader and the founder of the communist movement in Vietnam. After living abroad and being influenced by communist and socialist ideas, Ho Chi Minh returned to Vietnam in 1941 and established a guerilla force that worked with the Viet Minh independence movement and endeavored to expel French and Japanese forces from Vietnam. After the French were forced to leave Vietnam around the end of World War II, Ho Chi Minh coerced the ruling emperor to abdicate, and established the Democratic Republic of Vietnam. He remained in control of the government until his death in 1969. Today, the government continues to celebrate Ho Chi Minh's legacy. Any articles that make negative comments about Ho Chi Minh are banned and may result in imprisonment for the writer.

New roads, new pipes and new businesses are in pro New roads, new pipes and new businesses are in process as the new year begins, that means, ease of transportation, electrical and water lines services, and an economy that can build-up again are in the future for 2021. Yet with all these positive projections, sometimes it’s hard to ignore the hardships and hurts of the past. Bad experiences are inevitable, and God is fully and completely aware of all. He is in control.

The first steps are to trust God and fix our minds and thoughts on Him.

Pray for Vietnamese who have been hurt this past year by economics and the struggle to live because of less wages. Ask God to transform Vietnamese lives and know His perfect will. #pray4vietnam

Please pray for An*, asking that he will continue Please pray for An*, asking that he will continue to consider what the believers shared with him about Christmas and also the Christmas story from the Gospel of Luke they gave him to read.

“Which symbol of Christmas is your favorite? Santa Claus? The Christmas tree? The nativity scene?” When some believers asked An* this question he quickly replied he liked the Christmas tree best. He likes the way it looks decorated in pictures and movies and one day An* wants to have his own Christmas tree. From that simple question the believers have been able to share that at the core of each of these Christmas symbols is Jesus--the gift of the Savior of the world. (*name changed)
